Vice President of Distribution

John oversees all distribution operations at Arnold Packaging. He guides his team in implementing new processes, managing projects, and making sure that APC is consistently providing high-quality manufacturing products and industrial packaging supplies on time and on demand. John got his start in the packaging industry more than 20 years ago, with his first position at Arnold Packaging as a builder of wooden crates.

Mark graduated from UMBC with at M.S. degree in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. On the completion of his education, he was instantly drawn to manufacturing. Mark has been in manufacturing for over 25 years in a variety of industries and roles. A strong believer in teamwork, he’s constantly looking to improve processes and product quality. In his spare time, Mark is an avid pickleball player. He’s a certified pickleball coach and organizes pickleball tournaments to help local charities.

Kevin McHenry helps our customers exponentially increase productivity and efficiency by designing custom equipment, systems and robotic solutions. He integrates our customers’ existing systems with the TaskMate, an adaptable robot that can be programmed to perform repetitive tasks. He designs custom automation solutions where the TaskMate isn’t a fit. A 20-year mechanical engineering veteran, Kevin specializes in 3D design, manufacturing, and project management.
