Ed Mackel is a dynamic leader with a passion for sales enablement and customer success. He brings 18 years of Industrial Distribution experience to Arnold Packaging and we’re excited to have him on the team. Ed earned a MBA in Project Management from Walden University, BS in Management and International Business from Wagner College, and Diploma from Tabor Academy. After spending 21 years in NYC, Ed relocated to the Annapolis area with his family and enjoys life near the Chesapeake.
Melissa joined Arnold Packaging in 2013 as controller. Her focus is guiding the efficiency and accuracy of accounting process, reducing unnecessary expenses, and streamlining the work flow in her department.
Steve Sutton has 30+ years of domestic and international manufacturing in the offsite construction, furniture, and fenestration industries. He holds a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from General Motors Institute (Kettering University). Steve’s focuses on mentoring younger team members and is lovingly known as APC’s “Cultural Director”. A Maryland Eastern Shore native, Steve spent the majority of his career in Texas and the Carolinas before finding his way back home to Maryland. His personal interests include bicycling, motorcycling, and 70’s Music. He and his wife Ginnie have been together since high school.
Kevin McHenry helps our customers exponentially increase productivity and efficiency by designing custom equipment, systems and robotic solutions. He integrates our customers’ existing systems with the TaskMate, an adaptable robot that can be programmed to perform repetitive tasks. He designs custom automation solutions where the TaskMate isn’t a fit. A 20-year mechanical engineering veteran, Kevin specializes in 3D design, manufacturing and project management.
Laura Cadden brings over 15 years of successful marketing and management experience to the Arnold Packaging team. When not creating campaigns and analyzing marketing results, she can be seen performing Irish dance at Celtic events around Maryland. Laura holds a history degree from Towson University and enjoys visiting battlefields and other ancient sites across the US and Europe – the older, the better.
